What We Do to Fulfill our Mission: Provide inspired and spirited training in leadership, communication and presentation skills, areas in which employees at all levels need to excel.
Kate Driesen: Kate has trained over 5000 participants in her twenty years in Leadership Development. A former actress, she is known for her vitality, client-centered training and her ability to immediately gain rapport with her participants. Her clients are large and small, global and domestic, with participants from many nations. She consistently gets excellent ratings from her participants and clients.
Our Seminars: Kate conducts one to five day seminars tailored to client and participant needs. Each seminar is preceded by a pre-training assessment with the client to insure that the program will meet the objectives of the organization. She also offers one-on-one training in communication and presentation skills.
Associates: Dr. Kurt Weiss and Dr. Deborah Tegano, colleagues of Kate, and former professors at the University of Tennessee, collaborate as a team on large training projects.
